Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of csmediapro.com and any products or services offered by CSMediaPro LLC. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Products and Services

CSMediaPro LLC offers the following:

• The OpenClaw Playbook — a digital implementation guide covering OpenClaw setup, security, integrations, and operational patterns. Purchasers also receive access to the private CSMediaPro community at playbooks.csmediapro.com.
• Consulting and implementation services — guided setup, advisory engagements, and scoped implementation work. Terms for these engagements are agreed separately.

Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. Prices are listed in US dollars.

Refund Policy

All sales of digital products, including the OpenClaw Playbook, are final. We do not offer refunds on digital content purchases. If you have a question about your purchase before buying, please contact us at contact@csmediapro.com.

Digital Product Access

Upon purchase of the OpenClaw Playbook, you will receive lifetime access to the current version and all future updates. Access is granted via the CSMediaPro community platform. Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the content.

Community Platform

Access to the community at playbooks.csmediapro.com is included with purchase of the OpenClaw Playbook and is also available to users who submit inquiries through our site. Community participation is subject to our community guidelines. CSMediaPro LLC reserves the right to revoke community access for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise harmful to other members.

Intellectual Property

All content on csmediapro.com and within the OpenClaw Playbook — including text, structure, and implementation guidance — is the property of CSMediaPro LLC. You may use the guidance for your own implementation work. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without written permission.

Disclaimer

The OpenClaw Playbook is provided for informational and implementation guidance purposes. Results may vary based on your specific environment, configuration, and use case. CSMediaPro LLC makes no guarantees about specific outcomes from following the guidance provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSMediaPro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products and services shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
